The Blue Phantom

Some threats can be fought.

Others must be seen first.

Within the Arcane Order, there is one who exists between perception and reality—one who moves through the unseen spaces others don’t even realize exist. He is known as The Blue Phantom.

No one knows exactly when his abilities first emerged—not even him. His memories are fragmented, scattered like reflections in broken glass. What he does remember is the moment everything changed: a Veil disturbance that didn’t tear reality apart—but instead pulled him partially outside of it.

He didn’t return the same.

The Blue Phantom no longer experiences the world as others do. He sees layers—overlapping possibilities, hidden movements, fragments of events that have not yet fully happened. Illusions cannot deceive him. Lies unravel before they are spoken. Even time itself feels less like a straight line and more like something he can… navigate.

This makes him invaluable.

Where others react, he anticipates. Where others search, he already knows where to look. He is the Arcane Order’s scout, strategist, and silent observer—the one who sees the threat before it becomes real.

But his power comes with a cost.

The more he exists between realities, the less anchored he becomes to any single one. At times, his form flickers—his presence phasing in and out, as though he is only partially there. Prolonged use of his abilities distances him further, making it harder to distinguish what is from what could be.

To remain effective, he must constantly ground himself—forcing his mind to focus, to choose a version of reality and stay within it.

Even then… it’s not always stable.

Within the Order, he is respected, but not fully understood. His insights are often precise, but rarely explained. He speaks in fragments, in conclusions rather than processes. To him, the path is obvious. To others, it’s invisible.

And sometimes… he knows things he doesn’t share.

Because not every future he sees can be prevented.

As the Veil continues to weaken, the boundaries between realities grow thinner. The number of possible outcomes multiplies—and with them, the risk of choosing the wrong one.

For The Blue Phantom, the danger isn’t just what’s coming.

It’s knowing it might already be too late.

Because when you can see everything… you also see the end.
